At first I spent some time looking for a AT or NodeMCU firmware running in the module but in fact the Wemos module comes loaded with code flashing the blue LED. At least that's a good sign that the module is somewhat healthy. The preparation of the Arduino IDE to add the support for the ESP modules was straight forward. Interesting enough code can also be downloaded to the module over the air (OTA) via the Arduino IDE. It's all magic !

Came in a good condition. Came with all the headers. Totally worth the price. I have installed the latest micropython firmware. All works fine.

I ordered 2 of those, for temperature, oled display, soil humidity and presence detection. will have tons of fun. main intention is to get home & outdoor temperature sent to a domoticz server (on a NAS). next step: use the solder to mount the provided "legs" on the board. then upload ESP Easy firmware to test thermometer on simple project. simil arduino davvero buoni. Li ho utilizzati per un progetto dove avevo bisogno di una scheda con wifi e questi sono davvero ottimi e si programmano con l ide di arduino. Consigliati.

No problems to use it with Arduino IDE on linux, nice and powerful little board. I just regret that there is no user button (but that's the case for almost all mcu boards). It works well with the shields that I bought
